It combines eggs, salt cod, and potatoes. Remember that eggs are a protein food like meat and fish, and that dried eggs have exactly the same food value as shell eggs. You need 3 heaped tablespoons mashed potato; 2 dried eggs, re- constituted; 1/2 leek, chopped; 1/2 lb. cooked salt fish, minced or chopped; one eighth teaspoon black pepper.
