Kerb Drill (you'll find it in the Highway Code, Paragraph 15) tells you plainly enough: "Stop, look right, left, and right again ... then cross at right angles ..." lf only this chap had done this ! Over 160,000 human beings WITHOUT STOPPING TO THINK .
