It should be possible to associate with the system education in respect of nutritional matters. 9. The requirements of personnel suggested below may appeal to a national desire to serve. 10. The organisation by Regions may lead to increased production and more effective effort. 11. A number of isolated collective feeding systems in some factories, of school children, evacuees, Civil Defence Forces, and perhaps even of the Fighting Services in this country might, in the interests of greater efficiency and economy, be co-ordinated.
