The Committee had before them a memorandum by the President of the Board of Trade (L.P.(45) 145) setting out his proposals for the future work and Organisation Of the Regional Boards and of the National Production Advisory Council. THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF TRADE, in introducing his paper, said that broadly speaking he proposed that the Regional Boards and the National Production Advisory Council should carry on, with some widening of their scope to deal with industrial questions generally.
