WAR CABINET LORD PRESIDENT'S COMMITTEE FACTORY ACCOMMODATION Memorandum by the Secretary of State for Scotland I warmly welcome the proposal of the Minister of Production in his Memorandum L.P. (44) 36 that ten large factories, of a standard type of construction, should be built in the development areas, and I agree with the Minister's suggestion that the important factor of securing a diversification of industry in these areas should be taken into account.
