It is reliably reported that the "Virgo Fidelis" a French vessel which has been used to carry Iron Ore from Bilbao to Bayonne for German account, was sunk off San Sebastian at 00.30 G.M.T. July 11th. BLACK SEA. 8. Following reports of concentrations of enemy shipping in Varna and Burgas, it is now known that Turkish coasting vessels have been refused entry to the latter port. BALKANS. 9. A shuttle service of Tanker waggons between Constanza and Salonika is to be put into operation within the next few days, this traffic is to have first priority.
