The enemy disposes the following naval forces in the Dutch ports: 20 E-boats 4 R-boats 110 Miscellaneous minor war vessels of which about 50 have no offensive power. He is known to have about 50 explosive motor boats. He may also have human torpedoes, though it is considered that the SCHELDT is out of range of existing known types. 2.
