1 Nov 1943

Constructional activity at these large sites is being maintained at a high level. Scale of attack 4. It is estimated that a minimum theoretical scale of attack equivalent to a 2,000 ton bomb raid could be launched from 100 ski sites in under 24 hours. It might be four or five times as great. Timing of attack 5. It was stated in the first Report that about one month's warning of impending attack would be obtained.
