Supplies by Sea. 6. During the past four or five months only one voyage is known to have been made, by a trawler from Spain, bringing about 200 tons of supplies. Another such voyage is planned for the very near future. Up to now U-boats have not carried supplies to the garrisons and no supply by U-boat is expected. It is indeed unlikely that supply by this means would be practicable. 7. Fuel supplies are very low but a redistribution by sea of existing stocks has been going on for some time between all Atlantic fortresses and this is likely to be continued.
