3. On the above assumptions will you please furnish:(a) A general statement regarding Japanese dispositions in the Timer N.E.I. Borneo area between 1 Jan and 1 May 1915. (b) In particular the strength and probable reactions of Japanese forces, together with the possibilities of reinforcement, in Timer Amboina Celebes North and East Borneo 4. We should be grateful for your views which we suggest should be given across the table at a meeting at 5.30 p.m. on Friday, 30th June, if convenient to you.
