6. ALLIED BOMBING Considerable damage has already been done to Roumanian rail communications. If this success can be maintained it may, together with further mining of the Danube, have a decisive effect in curtailing German resistance. CONCLUSIONS 7. Our fresh information thus gives us on the one hand: (a) A higher probability of Roumanian military collapse with the consequent loss to Germany of Roumanian divisions and the necessity for complete German control. (b) Successful Allied air attacks against Balkan communications.
