THE DIRECTOR OF MILITARY INTELLIGENCE said that he had a few small comments which he would hand to the Secretary. THE SUB-COMMITTEE:Agreed generally with the report, subject to the comments of the Director of Military Intelligence, and instructed the Secretary to pass these to J.I.C. Algiers. 5.
