(ii) Invited the Chairman to take up in the Foreign Office the question of approaching the Belgian, Dutch and Greek Governments and possibly the Turkish Government as proposed at "X" above. 2. ANTI-NAZI MILITARY MOVEMENT IN GERMANY THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a minute by the Secretary (J.I.C./247/45 dated 26th February, 1945) covering a letter from the Director of Military Intelligence and a report describing the activities of two Germans, Billy Cornelis (Cornelius) and Prince Arenberg, in certain British Prisoner of War Camps in Germany.
