JIC (42) 47TH MTG (0) which were:(i) To retain a normal tempo of movement to and from Gibraltar: (ii) To stop all S.I.S. and S.O.E. activities from Gibraltar other than those carried out with the authoritiy of General Eisenhower: (iii) To prevent the movement of Allied and Fighting French personnel from and to Gibraltar during the period required. It might be suggested that this might be attained by imposing administrative delays in the way of any such moves. THE SUB-COMMITTEE:Instructed the Secretary to circulate a draft telegram to the Governor of Gibraltar on the lines suggested in discussion.
