MR. MONCK drew attention to a Note by the Joint Secretaries of the Joint Technical Warfare Committee+. Annex III to this note contained questions of strategic significance, on which answers were required. He asked for guidance as to who should undertake the preparation of answers to these questions. THE SUB-COMMITTEE:(a) Agreed to proceed in the matter as in 'X' above and instructed the Secretary to inform Major-General Jacob accordingly. (b) Agreed that the Joint Scientific Intelligence Committee, in consultation with the British element of the T.A.
