2. EXCHANGE OF MISSIONS BETWEEN BRITISH AND RUSSIAN ZONES IN GERMANY (Previous Reference: J.I.C.(46) 17th Meeting (0) Minute 2) MR. CACCIA said that when the Sub-Committee had last discussed this matter the full extent of the proposal to exchange Military Missions with the Russians as between British and Russian Zones in Germany had not been fully appreciated. BRIGADIER JENNINGS said that the proposal to exchange Military Missions between the British and Russian Zones in Germany had been agreed in principle in February, 1946, between General Robertson and Marshal Zhukov.
