4. UNITED STATES JOINT INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE DAILY SUMMARIES. THE SUB-COMMITTEE had before them a circular Minute by the Secretary dated 28th February, 1942, covering specimen copies of a Daily Summary prepared by the United States Joint Intelligence Committee in Washington. In discussion, it was agreed that the Joint Staff Mission in Washington should be asked to send one copy of each issue of this Summary by bag regularly to the Secretary and that this copy should be made available to the Joint Intelligence Staff.
