The draft report was considered paragraph by paragraph and a few minor amendments were agreed to at the meeting. It was agreed:to approve the Report as amended at the meeting (Paper No. J.I.C. (40) 28) and to instruct the Secretary to submit it to the Chiefs of Staff Committee. 3. SECURITY FOR PLANS. MR. CAVENDISH-BENTINCK said that he had received information, which he had passed to the Security Board, that a considerable amount of discussion had been taking place in Paris as to the details of certain projected operations.
