if THE SUB-COMMITTEE were informed that the Chiefs of Staff had decided that this Paper should be referred to the Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee in the first instance, in order that the necessary information of the assets concerned might be compiled as early as possible. CONCLUSION. THE SUB-COMMITTEE agreed:To request the Ministry of Economic Warfare and the Service Departments to examine the problem and to prepare the necessary data, which could be examined at a further meeting of the SubCommittee at 3.45 p.m.
