Photographic Interpretation of Atomic Energy Plants

22 Jul 1946

Secretary, J.I.C. JPRC/15/Air Copy: Chairman, J.S.I.C. It is suggested that in any future emergency photographic interpreters may be required to carry out interpretation of atomic energy plants. 2. Very little is known at present of the layout and components of such a plant, and it is considered that it would be advisable to obtain such reference and comparative cover as may become available from time to time. 3. If there is any project afoot to construct an atomic energy plant within the United Kingdom it is suggested that authority should be obtained to photograph such a plant periodically during the construction period, 4.
