TOP SECRET (c) Russian Zone. Needless to say there has been no exchange of information and few opportunities have been available for acquiring information. A great deal of work will have to be done after the Soviet withdrawal, much of which could be done by tho Treaty Enforcement staff. (See para 4 below). 4. INTELLIGENCE ON RUSSIAN ACTIVITIES WHILE IN AUSTRIA The Russian Zone will present a particular interest in that many of the inhabitants will have had the opportunflty of acquiring information on Soviet activities in military, economic and political spheres, including the conduct of USIA undertakings.
