He suggested, therefore, that the examination, which would no doubt take some time to complete, should be started at the earliest possible opportunity. SIR PERCY SILLITOE pointed out that in the draft terms of reference the M.I.5 representative was not listed as a member of the Delegation but only as an accompanying official. He considered that, as a representative of the Sub-Committee, he should be included as a member of the Delegation.
