The Sub-committee then considered in detail Paper No. J.I.C. 26 (Draft) containing information on the Naval, Military and Air Re-armament Programmes, and other relevant factors, of the countries concerned. CONCLUSION. THE SUB-COMMITTEE agreed To instruct the Secretary to circulate a Draft Report for the approval of the Sub-Committee in the light of the discussion.
