A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following correspondence: from the Spanish minister in Tokyo, on the Japanese situation, as at July 31; from the Japanese ambassador in Rome, reporting an interview with Guariglia, the Foreign Affairs minister in Italy, on August 2; and from the Spanish minister in Stockholm, on Swedish fears of the Soviet Union, on August 4.
