This file includes the following reports on North Africa: the Tunis Air Corps' final report for March 3; Naval Headlines, covering that 6 destroyers carrying German troops are to arrive at Tunis on March 4; and from the Japanese ambassador in Vichy, a report of February 27 on the internal situation in France, stating that the French people had now come to believe in an Anglo/American victory; and on the roles of Petain and Laval.
