A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: that in Tunisia the German withdrawal continues on the Western Front and remains unchanged on the Eastern Front, as of February 24; of an Allied air attack against Kairouan airfield, on February 23; a German Air Force (GAF) situation report for February 22; and a Panzer Army Africa situation report for February 21, describing Axis setbacks.
