This file includes the following reports: of difficulties in moving a unit from the Moscow area probably to the Leningrad area, with rail movement from Smolensk and Vitebsk impossible for more than a month, on November 10; of German Air Force (GAF) staff problems caused by sickness; Italian sighting reports of the British Mediterranean fleet, on November 11; a German report on November 11 of Italian ships sunk; that two auxiliary sailing vessels are en route to Bardia carrying food, on November 11; Naval Headlines, covering U-boats in the Mediterranean being alerted to the presence of French and neutral convoys; U-boat activities in the north and south Atlantic; the Admiral Scheer is still in the Baltic and ready to sail; and an Italian convoy including the Anna Maria, Brook, Amba Aradam and Giorgio, escorted by the Partenope, is en route from Tripoli for Benghazi, on November 12-14; that Tripoli is short of coal and fuel oil; and a Japanese report on the situation on the Russian-Manchurian border, on November 6.
