Northern (N): Poland (NP). Economic Relations: Burma

1966

A file of correspondence concerning commercial relations between Poland and Burma. The documents cover an exchange of notes between the two countries, which offered Burma credit facilities of up to $10 million for the purchase of Polish industrial machinery and equipment. The credit will run for eight years and will incur interest at a rate of 2.5%. It has not yet been decided which projects will be covered by the loan, as the Burmese government is also negotiating a loan from Germany.
