A file of correspondence on relations between Iraq and Yugoslavia. The correspondence considers the possibility of Iraq establishing a mission in Belgrade, examining the issues for and against. Further commentary argues that although there would be advantages in having representation, Iraq has no relations with any communist power as it does not wish to have a communist delegation in Bagdad; and that its foreign service is lamentably weak.
