Other documents discuss a proposed new economic policy towards Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union sent to British ambassadors around the world; and the report "Foreign Policy through the Looking-Glass", presented to the Russia Committee, analysing how the Western Powers have interacted with the Soviet Union since 1939 and assessing the state of Soviet foreign policy.
