Berlin: Delays at Crossing Points between East and West Berlin and Freedom of Movement in Greater Berlin

A file of correspondence and reports concerning freedom of travel in Berlin. The documents include a discussion paper on the rights of Allied personnel and vehicles to travel freely across Berlin, following attempts by East Berlin border guards to delay the passage of travellers carrying British Military Government (B.M.G.) passes.
