The documents cover Yugoslav criticism of Bulgaria's treatment of its Macedonian minority and its alleged territorial pretensions; Bulgarian claims of a Yugoslav campaign against the Bulgarian Communist Party, the Bulgarian people, and its leadership; and declarations issued by Bulgaria highlighting its policies of fostering relations and reducing tensions in the Balkan region.
