Romania: Economic Planning in Romania

A file of correspondence and reports concerning economic planning in Romania. The documents cover the publication of a communiqué on the outcome of the 1974 economic plan; the approval of the state plan and budget for 1975 and 1976; and quarterly reports on the progress of the 1975 plan. Other documents in the file cover the publication of directives for the five-year plan for 1976–1980; and Romanian attempts to gain British support during meetings of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade Working Party on the Romanian Tariff.
