My Lord, With reference to your Lordship's despatch No. 427 of the 20th November, 1929, in regard to the claim of Mr. Felix Gronau in respect of property sequestrated in New Guinea, I have the honour to inform you that, until settlement is reached on questions arising out of the Young Plan concerning liquidations of the past, it will nor be possible to indicate when credit will be given to Germany in respect of Mr. Gronau's interests in New Guinea.
