### ### ### ation necessary to make a change of this kind in view of the increased production of feeding stuffs on the farm after the next harvest as a result of the food production campaign when it would be desirable to give farmers greater opportunities to obtain high protein straight feeding stuffs, such as oilcakes, to supplement their own grain and fodder crops. He also proposed that the manufacture of compounds should be limited to certain standard kinds which should be sold at standard prices, thereby removing one of the chief grounds of complaint by farmers.
