A file of correspondence and reports on Bulgarian commercial relations with African countries. The documents include a Bulgarian press report on negotiations between members of the European Common Market, which makes reference to the possibility of British membership; and correspondence offering details of recent Bulgarian trade agreements. The agreements were signed by Jean Toutet of the French Ministry of Finance and Economics on behalf of France, the Central African Republic, the Ivory Coast, Gabon, Chad, and the Congo.
