A file of correspondence and reports on Yugoslav relations with Commonwealth countries. Subjects covered in the file include the activities and speeches of delegates from Kenya, Uganda, and Tanganyika at the Fifth Congress of the Socialist Alliance of Working Peoples of Yugoslavia. Delegates included Oginga-Odinga of the African National Union of Kenya; Joseph Kiwanuka, president of the National Congress of Uganda; and Abas Sayket of the African National Union of Tanganyika.
