Other documents in the file include a letter from the British embassy in Stockholm about the Swedish government's possible recognition of East Germany; and a letter from the British embassy in Bern informing the Foreign Office that the Swiss government has granted diplomatic recognition to North Vietnam and North Korea, and discussing the implications of this for the country's possible recognition of East Germany.
